Authorities arrested members of the network after discovering a shed with 11,000 bitcoins, according to the Bolivarian government of Venezuela website. The Bolivarian National Police Division Against Capital Legitimation found the bitcoin mining equipment after noticing suspicious shipments entering a warehouse.

The network, based in Poland, operated the bitcoin mining equipment in different parts of Venezuela to engage in legitimizing capital, electronic theft and terror financing.
