Real estate blockchain startup raises $2.6M in token presale

Prime-Ex Perpetual, a home sales, financing and servicing blockchain startup in Panama, recently raised more than $2.6 million in a pre-sale token event. The company plans to launch its residential real estate ecosystem for expats around the globe, according to a press release.

Customers can use PEX tokens to pay mortgages on homes constructed by Prime-Ex Perpetual. In particular, the company hopes to attract foreign customers with high discretionary incomes, according to the release.

Prime-Ex Perpetual ended its presale Nov. 8 and plans to conduct an ICO Nov. 15–Nov. 30.
