Aion rolls out interoperable blockchain platform
Aion has deployed a public blockchain interoperability platform on its network that will allow other blockchains to transfer and record data and streamline communications, according to a press release.
The tool can be used by multiple groups, such as supply chain operators, health care providers and government entities. Enterprises can customize the solution to control access to their blockchains for security or privacy. Individual blockchains can maintain semantic, operational or governmental properties while still communicating with each other, according to the release.
"We envision a future where any blockchain can connect and share data, creating a powerful network to revolutionize how industries share information," Aion founder and CEO Matthew Spoke said in the release. "We're proud to be the first interoperability platform in the blockchain industry, and look forward to witnessing use cases across the public and private sector."
